As a former teacher and now certified Youth Fitness Trainer insured in Florida, Heather Hackett is on a mission. From the classroom to the weight room her motto is, “Log off…and get your GAME ON!” I Train Your Kids is the result of her personal triumph of overcoming a weight problem through hard work, education, determination and a nutritional lifestyle change.
Heather’s goal is to not only get kids to eat healthy and engage in physical activities, but to love it, pass the word on, and be an example to other kids. She dedicates herself to the success and goals for each person by designing programs that cater to each individual.
Heather’s plan for a child’s success does not stop there; she also opened the I Train Your Kids Gym, which includes unlimited fitness workouts, kickboxing, hip hop dance, cooking classes, kids night, and a core program of nutrition for all members of the family to partake in, reach goals together and keep each other motivated and on track. Heather wants everyone to be energized by making simple, yet life changing choices; she believes that within the family great things can happen!
